Great deli sandwiches. Beef dip was very tastey. Cabbage Roll Soup was also very good. 4 satisfied customers.

On our way to Kamloops from Seattle we wanted to try something other than Subway. We Yelped and found this deli. Located across the street from a park and in the old part of Hope. The person who took our order was very pleasant and accommodating. The tables and bathroom were clean. The pastrami meat was very good as the turkey. It was nice to try something new.

On our way to Kelowna, we stopped by Hope to catch a nice, hearty breakfast. This place came quite highly recommended on TripAdvisor, so we thought we'd give it a go. I knew it was a small town diner. I knew it was going to be home-cooked. I knew it was going to be very casual. Thought it'd be nice, actually.
We got there and there was some sort of village meeting in the diner. We had to wait another 20 minutes. Some other locals were waiting, so we figured it be worth it. When it opened, we went in and instinctively, sat down for service. Tip: Order at the counter!
The breakfast platter was cheap, at $5.95++ with refillable coffee! Help yourself to coffee - they have a station. The platter came out looking very homely. Can't complain for the price, I suppose? Two eggs, two strips of bacon, two slices of toast and a piece of fruit. Summer brings watermelons! Simple breakfast; not bad.
The owner, Sharon, was very welcoming and warm, though. She came to the table and took our order when we hadn't a clue. She was very nice about it. We appreciated that. Then, she let us pay at the counter after our meal instead of making us pay right away.
It seems we may be back the next time around.
